Hey guys..thought I'd let you know about what seems like a pretty good GIC offer from one of Canada's largest banks. I made a post about it here on my blog:

I very much doubt you can lose money with GICs. GICs are pretty much one of the safest investment you can make. The only way you could lose money is if TD Canada Trust went bankrupt!
