I recently wrote a review of this new payment processor/e-currency but I'm not so sure whether this payment processor is a scam or legit.

What do you folks think? Any users of AlterGold over here?

I declared altergold a scam the day it opened....
Victims Agaisnt Scams

As it stands at the moment you can NOT withdraw your altergold to your pocket....

AG office does not exist....No surprise there...

The one specified on the site of AlterGold. We think you remember that Digital Group (AlterGold) in its description tells that they are headquartered in this building belonging to them. However as we have already said in our previous articles this building belongs to HSBC.

After publishing the articles about AlterGold company we got lots of comments aimed at denying the facts mentioned by the reporters of the ECJ to describe AlterGold payment processor. Any point of view of our readers is respectable indeed, that’s why we didn’t delete any comment. Lots of the comments were attempted to question the conclusions of the experts and any of our reader has a right for such attempts for sure. However, the readers of the Ecommerce Journal should pay attention to the facts of the unlicensed transactions and the fake information about the office of AlterGold revealed by the lawyers after the study of Digital Group (ALterGold).

We advise to be more careful when using AlterGold service. The analysis of this payment processor has shown that this company has neither any office nor any address or telephone to contact. Just keep in mind when use AlterGold you act at your own risk.

The evidence is already overwhelmingly in support of the "AlterGold is a scam" point of view. In the end AlterGold users will be left with nothing! It is exactly as you say...numbers on a screen.
