Hmm, I heard that some of the so called "real estate experts" such as Donald Trump are recommending to buy into real estate now while bargains are still available.

As for stocks, you have to be VERY careful into which stocks you invest. Don't forget that we are going through a brief recession and stocks that are dependent upon the consumer spending disposable income will suffer. I believe companies that make stable products are likely to do okay in this kind of economic environment.

The december was really a good time for investing in real estate , new year comes with new trends and techniques in the market .

Last year was a very good year to pick up cheap real estate. Not sure if 2011 will be the same but I still think the real estate market is "depressed" compared to previous highs.
