It is no longer a hybrid MLM. That was done away with a long time ago.

Due to regulations, a lot has changed, but this is one of only three other opportunities that is for real and can be verified. I have learned my lesson, no more "blind" opportunities for me. I will no longer trust, if I can't verify. Words to live by. Too bad I learned them too late.

Can you please explain how you are defining real and verified. I checked into this and there are threads all over the net. From Realscam and Quatloos I learned that Gain Capital has ended their relationship with Oceanside. Has Oceanside found another broker willing to work with them? Can U.S. citizens participate?

I also read about brokerjones / Broker Jones alleging his wife and duaghters had been threatened with rape and death by certain online critics. Where is the verifiable proof of this and the police reports? This is all very disturbing. Does Oceanside have the registrations and certifications necessary to be legally trading? Does the management have the degrees and experience in business and forex to run this business?
