Standard, Mini, Micro Accounts - Confused?
If you find yourself a bit confused about the difference between a standard or mini account or further still are baffled when you hear the terms "micro" or "nano" tossed about when referring to lot sizes, then worry not. Check out this chart:
.....................|Standard Account| Mini Account...| Micro Account
Size of 1 lot.....| $100,000...........| $10,000..........| $1,000
Leverage / (the amount of your money used to trade one lot)
1:10...............|$10,000.............| $1,000.............| $100
1:20...............| $5,000............. | $500...............| $50
1:50...............|$2,000...............| $200...............| $20
1:100..............| $1000..............| $ 100..............| $10
1:200..............| $500................| $50................| $5
1:400..............| $250................| $25................| $2.50
Reward per pip..| $10 .................|$1...................| $0.10
I've also attached a MS Word version you can print out.Last edited by alan; 05-29-2008 at 01:01 AM.
